One address, and a short note on what to include so the reply is useful rather than a request for more detail.
Write to hello@metadataremoverai.com. It is read by a person, not a ticketing system, so a reply usually takes a couple of days rather than minutes.
There is no contact form on this page, and that is deliberate. Every form needs a server to post to, and this site does not have one — adding a third-party form service would mean the site finally started sending your data somewhere, which is the one thing it is built not to do.
What to write about
A file this tool got wrong
A format it refused to open, metadata it left behind, or a result that would not open again afterwards. This is the most useful message you can send, and the one that gets answered first.
Please say which format, which camera or app produced the file, and which browser you used. Do not attach the file itself unless it contains nothing private — a description is usually enough to reproduce the problem.
A format that is not supported yet
If you work with something outside the current list, say what it is and roughly how often you handle it. Support is added by demand, not alphabetically.
Privacy and data questions
Questions about the privacy policy, or about what the site does and does not record. Because there are no accounts and no uploads, there is no personal data of yours to request, correct or delete — but if you think that is wrong, this is the place to ask.
Security disclosure
If you have found something that could cause a file to leave a user’s device, or any way to inject script into the page, please report it before publishing it. It will be treated as the highest priority.
Please include steps to reproduce and the affected version or date. Reports are acknowledged as quickly as possible, and credit is given unless you would rather it were not.
Press, licensing and everything else
Questions about how the tool works for an article, or about using it inside another product. Both are welcome.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a file. Nothing you open here is transmitted or stored, so there is no copy of your original on any server of ours to send back to you — see theprivacy policy for why that is a property of the build rather than a promise. Keep your originals until you have checked the result.
We also cannot tell you what a specific platform did to a photo you already posted. Theplatform pages cover what each service strips, and theEXIF viewer will show you exactly what a downloaded copy still carries.
